  • REQUIRED: Choose 1 in the dropdown for Single table. If you choose only "extra" tables without "single" and check out, your order will be refunded so you can correct it. We need the initial table on each order for proper billing.
  • If you want more than one table, choose them from Extra table dropdown, up to 5 available.
  • Tables and locations are first-come, first-served.  
  • Additional adult badges are limited to 2 per vendor. They are $40 here but revert to basic wristband prices at the door ($50)
  • Make sure to include the Company AND the Badge Holder names. We understand (and welcome) authors (and others) tend to table together, make sure you put both companies, badge names, AND website URLs so both vendor are added to the map and included in the program book. 
  • Yes, we want to know how you like your pizza. There is a vendor's only pizza party Saturday night. 

Note on Electricity. This is not for simple phone charging, this is an additional cost to have dedicated amps for props, movies, or other large booth items that require electric.
